Help I'm throwing up ?
Ok I drank ALOT last night on accident lol and I threw up the next morning at like 8 and it's three and I'm still throwing up. To give some background, my last few drink were jungle juice mixed with like keystone, completely gross right? But here's the thing, could it be from be switching my birthcontrol days I skipped my last few pinks(active) and took the 4 whites earlier than the pack says. Today was my second day on a new pack so could that be it ? Also I didn't throw up last night And what it looks like this morning is phlegm or bile or something !!! Also should I eat ?
You are vomiting because of the alcohol. Alcohol is an irritant to the lining of the stomach and too much can cause vomiting. You should stick to clear liquids until you are no longer vomiting - some will stay down, some will come back up. Fluids are the only thing needed while vomiting - small sips frequently of water, gatorade or room temperature 7-up. Once the vomiting has stopped, dramatically increase your fluid intake. This has nothing to do with your birth control pills and everything to do with a very irritated stomach lining. You might consider not drinking as much so that you don't have to go through this again. Your body is trying to tell you it doesn't like that much alcohol and you need to listen.
