How do I turn on wireless compatibility on a Vaio VCG-2C1L?
My mom pressed a button on her computer that she doesn't know what she pressed and of course since i'm the one on my laptop all day and my other brothers are out she's asking me. I have no idea what the heck she did and I've been looking it up (well at least trying to) and still can't find out how she did this. Is there a way for all computers being run on windows vista to turn on the wireless compatibility? Thanks.
Open menu, then network connection. find the one that show wireless, left click to show the properties and then enable it. Some laptops have what is known as a temporary wireless switch so it can be turned on and off. Pressing a key on the keyboard may be the temporary switch. Doing it the way I suggested makes it a permanent connection. This basically will apply to all computers.
