Most bluetooth phones will ONLY transfer and accept photos from other devices. This is to keep piracy down or make you buy songs for the phone itself.
Anyway, you will need to go into the settings on the phone and enable the bluetooth and have it search for other bluetooth devices, when it finds the dongle it may ask for a password(what was used to set the phone up, usually 4 numbers) and the it will proceed from there.
I had tried the same thing with my phone and it would say wrong file type being transferred and stop. .Mp3 was what I was trying to transfer and my phone of course is .Mp3 compatible. I can only use the phone and download music, can not transfer music at all. I can transfer photos though with the dongle.
