GLOBE TELECOM's Subscriber Identity Module Card PROBLEM?
I just want to know what is their electronic-mail address or any contact information. I went to their web site and even register an account to log in and i did not find any information regarding on how to contact them about my problem with their service. Recently, my SIM card is capable of NEITHER sending ANY message nor calling any mobile numbers especially to those globe subscribers even though i have loaded it potentially. And then I tried to call "211" (their customer service contact number!). And I just said Oh my God! what the f*** is happening to Globe? They had placed me on hold for about 20 minutes!
So if anybody has an idea of what my SIM card's problem and solution is please reply to this question. And if however you do not and you happen to know Globe Telecom's electronic-mail address please do reply. And lastly if you happen to have any knowledge about economic laws, please state what rule or law they are infringing, ignoring, or acting contrary to. Thank You!
Having the same problem right now, can't even call 211! I've tried reaching customer service thru landline (730-1000) but all i'm getting is a busy signal. Just changed my sim yesterday and it's working properly until this morning at 10. Btw my number starts w/ 0916, sometimes when they have systems error or systems maintenance as they would probably say, they are common to those having the first 4 digits and their area...So i think whether we reach a customer representative or not all we can do is wait...I wonder when our sim would work probably..
Anyway, i think Globe should enhance their services. Systems error is something inevitable, so its not something we could really hold against them but atleast information on such should be given automatically. =)
