what is the best anti-virus/spyware/spam around, and throw in a firewall too?

for some reason is tried norton 2005,kerpersky, both failed.When i switched to mcafee it told me i had 57 worm,trojans,i thought my virus protectors killed them.So now i am wondering if my mcafee is doing the same so far no problems.Is it really Mcafee?

Simple File Shredder is an utility that securely deletes your files so that they can never be recovered. I no longer use my “Recycle Bin” that windows has because everything you delete still is on your hard drive. I have recovered over 80,000 file that I put into my recycle bin only to use a recovery tool and see all of them. That is pretty scary.
Simple File Shredder accomplishes this by scrambling the file name and over-writing the file with random bytes before deleting it.
