Converting a SATA harddrive to IDE?

Hi all,

I need to do the above as my NAS drive has lost its data and so need to plug it into my PC to recover the data.My hardrive has a SATA port and a SATA power cable and my PC has PATA connection and the old 4 pin power connection. I think i have found the correct part that will do the job;

Thats from the states though and so was trying to look around on UK sites to see if i could locate one. I couldn't though.

You could buy an empty external hard drive disk caddy and put your SATA drive in there and then plug it into a USB port on your old PATA PC. That way it doesn't matter whether it is an IDE based computer because the external hard drive will take care of the connectors.
