Advantages of Remote Access Software
Remote desktop software will give any user the possibility to work anywhere with any remotely connected computer. Connecting to the remote desktop will enable the user to see the mouse pointer and all its movements, and then see everything that happens on the desktop via various keyboard commands. Modern Remote Access enables two users to be able to have active connections in one computer at the same time. This is a very useful feature in shared presentations, interactive education, and troubleshooting operations.

I am designing a network for a company with 2 offices, I need some help on remote access decisions?
I have decided to use frame relay and i'm not sure on a few of the details. What remote access would be best? This company has 2 offices about 50 miles apart and about 30 employees total. What WAN connections and network hardware would I need to interconnect the offices?
Wikipedia has mentioned that frame relay protocol and encapsulation would end up as a dead end.
Perhaps you should reconsider VPN, DSL or some other broadband based remote access.
However if you decide to retain the frame relay protocol, u may need DTE (Data Terminal Equipment) and DCE (Data Circuit Terminating Equipment) equipments consisting of switches (or router in certain configurations), host and terminal.
