20mm rails are 20mm rails. It's the standard NATO size. The differences are usually in the quality of the aluminum used and the quality of the finish. A lot of airsoft sellers use US made brand names for their products when in fact, the items are made in China. I've seen it with everything from Knight Armament to Troy Industries to Aimpoint.
If extreme durability isn't a neccessity (read:combat conditions) then you'll be ok here probably.
