Does my cell phone have a speaker phone?
I have a samsung A650, and I just noticed, after all most 2 yrs, that there is a spot that looks like you talk into it on th top (its a flip phone). Is this for a speaker phone, or just where it rings? I never thought about this till i have had to get a new leather cover for it. Please, serious answers.
i am not twelve, this is something that i never needed. I don't LIVE off a cell phone. I am a grown person, and well sometimes between cleaning a house and caring for a child and having a hubby deployed to the desert, looking at my cell phone to see if it has a speakerphone doesn't top my 'to do list'. I don't have the manual, since its almost 2 yrs old.
I can't just look to see if it has it or not, cause since it is old, i see no reason to go 'looking' for a new one, till I need a new one.
To answer your question, unlike the first answerer, it does not have speakerphone. The area that you see should be just on the other side of the earpiece. Those openings are for the ringer to pass through when the flip is closed instead of it just being directed at the keypad. It allows you to be able to hear it better.
