I am looking to start building and experimenting my own pbx system?

I am looking forward to building and experimenting a pbx system from in my house for educational purposes. And I was curious as to weather or not I could seek any sort of government loan or funding for any equipment that I may not have at my disposal.

The short answer to your question is: NO. There are NO government funds for start-up ventures or R&D.
