How to change extension numbers on Norstar Phone System?
I had to switch two phones in my office and I was hoping that the extensions would switch with them and they did not. Does anyone know how I can change the extensions on the phones so they are the old ones? I have a Nortel System. Please note, I am trying to change these within the system so the phones still reflect the person who had that extension originally.
