I would like to know how to disable the intercom paging system for an NEC Dterm 80 office phone?
I have had this system for a few years now and, at my office, we rarely use the intercom paging system. I would like to disable it so that it CANNOT be used. Can anybody help?
if you mean the public paging, where the entire office can be paged
just go to the equipment cabinet and un-plug the Amplifier .
If the Station To Station Paging is your concern, ( front desk to individual sets)
find the master code for system programming , select stations, then remove the ones
you want to.
