how to permanently adjust sound level on calls on a norstar m7310 phone?
we just swapped our company phone network over t oa meridian/norstar system nt5b01 main unit and m7310 phones, but ever since the switch all calls are very quiet we try to turn the volume level up every time we answer the phones but it is still low. most the time we can not hear customers. i have seen others have had the same issue, but can not find anything on fixing the problem.
