Sheryl Friesz
Founder and President
With a career spanning over 19 years, Sheryl Friesz brings a breadth of experience in leadership roles in successful start-ups as well as larger, more established companies. Sheryl was founder and President of a staffing agency, which was later acquired by an international firm. She served on the executive staff of a VoIP company and an electronic medical records start-up. She also served on the Client Services Management team at Callidus Software from 2003 - 2006. Sheryl consulted for many leading Silicon Valley companies such as Clarify, Chordiant Software, ProactiveNet, and Blaze Software. Sheryl holds a BA from Washington State University.

Brian Silverman
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Santorini, Brian served as Vice President of Consulting Services for the Americas at Callidus Software. Under his leadership, the Callidus service delivery business thrived, with revenue doubling over a 6 year span. He also served as Vice President of Professional Services at Partnerware, a start-up software enterprise and leading player in the Partner Relationship Management arena. At Partnerware, Brian established the Professional Services practice and grew the organization to over 25 consultants in a 12 month period. Prior to Partnerware, Brian served as a Senior Director of IT at AXA/Equitable. Brian holds a BA in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mark Van Daele
Managing Director EMEA
A former Managing Director of EMEA Client Services for Callidus Software, Mark has extensive Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management services delivery experience and is considered a proven leader. Prior to joining Callidus, Mark ran the Actuate practice for Customer Systems, a highly specialized consultancy organization. A real entrepreneur, he also owns a successful family jewelry retail business in the UK. Mark holds a BS in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Antwerp University.
