Router Connection Problems?

I'm having some router connection problems and to be frank it kind of ticks me off. So here's the situation:
I'm connected to my router, things are fine, life is good. Then out of nowhere another router's signal comes in from nowhere. I get disconnected from my router and automatically try to connect to the other one. I'm using a Netgear USB Wireless connector and I'm also Using the NetGear Wireless Utility.
I know that in windows wireless utility you can change your preferred networks but for some reason my windows network usitily just doesn't work right. Does anyone have an idea of what I should do? (And yes I've actually thought about using a hotspot finder and breaking the other router to bits

I suggest you call netgear and ask them about the problem... they would probably be the best help (and you should report that guy who answered "nope")
