The system would also feature a Blu-ray/DVD combo optical drive. "safely remove hardware" icon was showing in the system tray for HDD- how to remove it.?
if we add any usb drive, the system tray shows "safely remove hardware" till this drive is attached. But it wont happened for hard drives. In my system it is happennig for hard drive also. Pls let me know how to remove it.
If you have Windows XP or Vista, you can just pull the USB cable out. The O/S should disconnect the device safely.
