How do I use my external hard drive through my cable box?
I would like to use my external hard drive on my TV but my Tv is a little bit older. so i was thinking that i could just go through my cable box. I have a scientific atlanta 8300 hdc cable box. It has a usb port on the front of it but when i plug it in i do not know how to access the information on the hard drive. I have used the hard drive to watch movies on the tv before but these were newer TVs that i did this on.
