Can I use a plug extension with a plug adapter abroad?

I will be traveling to Asia and all of the electronic equipment I am taking (such as my laptop) automatically converts the 220V to 110V. I have a plug adapter so it fits into the outlet, but I was wondering if I am able to take an inexpensive extension cord with multiple outlets to plug my electronics into. Will the cord be fried? I'm assuming the electronics would be safe as they convert the voltage but I would like to plug multiple things in at once but have only 1 adapter.

Yes, it'll be fine. I do this exact thing often. 220 is not nearly enough to arc over in "110" extension cords, sockets, etc. Practically all UL-approved stuff of that sort is made out of wire and etc. that's rated for at least 440 volts, anyway.
