If you quit a job over the phone, how likely is it the main manager or any manger will call you about it?

I called in work today to tell the manager on duty that I had to quit because my job was causing too much stress for me since I'm in college as well. I worry a lot over stupid stuff and this is probably one of those stupid things but I'm worried the head manager will call me to talk to me about it. I know I'm probably being stupid, but I thought I would ask.

Seeing as you have quit, they will most likely not call you. You may have to go in to get your last paycheck, and return any company property (uniforms, company ID, tools, or whatever you may have)

They have no reason to call you.
