This RFID Reader/Writer is an all-in-one designed device that operates in the 860MHz to 960MHz frequency band. GAO216002 RFID reader/writer includes an RF module, digital signal management module, built-in antenna and RS-232, USB, Wiegand and RS485 interfaces that make the device easy to install and use. It provides selectable tag identifying modes containing timer, external trigger and software trigger.

No TVs have built in antennas these days. When we used to have CRT sets the smaller ones had antennas.
For digital TV you can buy an indoor aerial but these are iffy at best depending on how far you live from the transmitter and what sort of amplification it has (if any). Ideally you should have an outdoor aerial, either in the loft or on the roof of your house up to 15 years old.
If buying an outdoor aerial, don't let companies fool you into thinking there is a 'digital aerial'. Theres no such thing. They are 'Wide Band'.
