Is there a digital audio cable for the GameCube?
My projector and surround sound system are hooked up through my home theater PC, with a SoundBlaster ProGramer Fatal1ty sound card. It can accept optical/SPDIF input via an adapter.
Is there an optical audio cable available for the GameCube?
If not, would my sound card still give me the Pro Logic surround sound through the red/white RCA cables going into the 3.5mm input jack on the sound card?
There's no way to get digital sound from the gamecube, only analog. The console has a "digital" connection on the back for a component video connection but even that is misleading as component video is analog.
